Compliance
Phytosanitary certificates: Where required by the destination country. Included in the price.
Which countries require one? Most countries, including the US, EU, UK, Australia, Japan.
How long does compliance add? 1-2 business days.
Are all seeds non-GMO? Yes.
Are seeds heirloom? Most are. Some are open-pollinated hybrids.
Customs
Duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Held at customs: Contact us. We’ll provide any documentation needed.
Refused by customs: We’ll refund the order minus shipping costs.
